Draft — pending LimCare's review and approval before publication. This is a standard template for a non-emergency transportation business and should be reviewed by LimCare (and legal counsel, if desired) before it goes live.

Non-Emergency Transportation Only

LimCare provides non-emergency transportation only and is not an emergency medical transportation service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Reservations

Submitting a ride request does not guarantee the reservation until availability is confirmed and payment is received.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm a private-pay reservation. A trip-specific quote will be provided before payment. Cancellation and no-show charges may apply according to the terms disclosed with the quote or booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and no-show charges may apply according to LimCare's current policy and the terms disclosed with the trip quote or booking confirmation. Applicable charges will be provided before the reservation is confirmed.

Service Area

LimCare provides transportation within its regular service area. Transportation outside this area may be available upon request and may be subject to additional fees.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers and any accompanying companions are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. LimCare reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of unsafe or abusive conduct.

Limitation of Liability

LimCare provides transportation services in good faith and with reasonable care. LimCare is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including traffic, weather, or medical facility scheduling.
